The IBEW-NECA Southwestern Health and Benefit Fund offers a web site where you can get information about your eligibility, work history, and claims history.

To access plan and claim information:

1. Visit https://www.zenith-american.com/
2. Click on “Log In”
3. At the drop-down menu, where it says “Account Type,” select the first option for “Participant Edge.”
4. At the next “LOGIN” option on the new screen that opens, select “Participant Edge” one more time.
5. If you are a first time user, you must click “register” in order to create a username, password and setup your security questions and answer. Otherwise, log in to your account in the window.
